what an outstanding experience so far!

Upon being unexpectedly served paper work for my case I knew I was in a bind and I needed the best in the business. Well I found him. Charles came highly recommended and was known as "the man who wrote the book on texas family law" as I was told. After the initial consultation I knew that Mr. Hardy w...as just the man I needed. Charles not only worked diligently and quickly on my case, but made my feel comfortable and confident during the entire process. He not only told me what I was entitled to but he went out and got so much more than anticipated and in record time! He was an absolute rockstar in a court room and we went from "we will not budge" to "insert family law knowledge here" to "we have an agreement in a few hours". I couldn't have asked for a better result or better service. Thank you Charles- Danny

The Best: Compassion & Professionalism

Hiring Charles Hardy was one of the best decisions I have made in my entire life. He came highly recommended by a long-time attorney friend as the best family law attorney in Texas, as well as a pioneer of “collaborative divorce.” Although we explored “collaborative divorce” that was ultimately no...t possible. Instead, he represented me in a highly-confrontation and extremely painful divorce. From the beginning, Mr. Hardy was both professional and extremely kind. Actually, “kind” does not adequately express the deep compassion and concern he showed for me. His kindness was well beyond what I have ever experienced in an attorney, nor even what I could imagine. Indeed, his empathy and sincere caring was more like a long-time family friend. As for Mr. Hardy's legal skills, he protected my key assets and achieved what I consider a fair settlement. It was truly extraordinary to watch him in court, in mediation and his direct interaction with other attorneys. He did a lot of preparation, but when the moments came that mattered he was fully prepared and the other side was not. He knew almost exactly what the other side would attempt and he was always ready. I am so glad I hired him. I must also mention that the entire staff at his law firm was extremely professional, especially his legal assistant Susi. As with Mr. Hardy, what she provided me went well beyond my expectations. She seemed to be always in the office, and showed the same kind of care, concern and compassion as Mr. Hardy. I simply can not over stress how amazing they both were at a personal level. To summarize, I know I made the right decision hiring Mr. Hardy. His combination of legal professionalism, experience and profound kindness are a rare. I give Mr. Hardy and his firm my highest recommendation.

Outstanding Attorney

I had a great consultation with Mr. Hardy regarding my upcoming divorce. I was very nervous about this process, but Mr. Hardy put me at ease immediately. He is extremely knowledgeable, trustworthy, compassionate and was very efficient during our meeting asking the right questions and guiding me thro...ugh this complicated process. I felt that Mr. Hardy had my best interest in mind and was very impressed with his approach to my case. He is known for being an extremely accesible attorney and he emphasized that I would have direct access to him at all times. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for an attorney that is a master of his trade, accesible, caring and, most importantly, extremely knowledgeable about divorce and family law.

The Best at What He Does

For years Charles has provided me excellent counsel on divorce matters. He's helped talk me out of suggesting or insisting on unnecessary and incendiary matters and focus on what really matters.
