The best family law attorney in San Antonio

Mr. Hardy is the only family law attorney I will recommend. His legal expertise and many years of experience in court made all the difference for me in my case. Highly recommend for divorce

While divorce is never easy- I am grateful Charles Hardy was there to coach, guide and represent me. He makes himself available basically around the clock through text, call or email and helped us get through the process quickly. I always felt he had my best interests at heart and took time to really... understand some unusual circumstances we had to manage through.

Reputation Speaks Volumes

On the strongest of recommendations from a very good friend of mine I reached out to Charles for an initial phone conversation. His welcoming tone was natural and sincere which translated to a very engaged conversation that I really needed. The decision to hire was an easy one. From that point and th...roughout the months that followed his guidance and incredible attention to detail built trust in the partnership. He routinely checked in with me for more than just divorce needs and always asked about how I was doing. He and his team were also extremely helpful and caring--an attribute that continued to impress me. When he secured a date for mediation we went through all the information for updates and overall accuracy. The preparation and delivery of all information was greatly appreciated by me and the mediator as well. The transition through all of the reports, files, and documents required is intense but Charles kept his focus and mine with the humor and laughs at times. His leadership across his team and all-in support with my divorce meant a great deal to me and would highly recommend him without hesitation.

Fast, efficient, and extremely responsive.

I was amazed at how quickly Charles was willing and able to pick up my case. I consulted with him Friday morning, retained him Friday afternoon, and by Monday morning we had a draft divorce decree to send to my ex-wife's attorney. He says he wants to be the most responsive attorney in town and he liv...ed up to that. Unlike other divorce attorneys (including my ex-wife's counsel), Charles helped me keep my divorce amicable. His guidance and actions were to help me get a resolution as quickly and as peacefully as possible. Being my first experience with divorce, I had a lot of questions and nerves. Charles was knowledgeable and his willingness to work immediately on my case gave me peace of mind. While I don't plan to go through divorce again, I would seek out Charles again.

Divorce and separation

The divorce was quickly processed and finished before the date that was asked. Attorney Charles Hardy and his team were extremely helpful with any questions I had and explained them perfectly. Highly recommend for anyone who needs a difficult divorce handled fast and efficiently.
