Reputation Speaks Volumes

On the strongest of recommendations from a very good friend of mine I reached out to Charles for an initial phone conversation. His welcoming tone was natural and sincere which translated to a very engaged conversation that I really needed. The decision to hire was an easy one. From that point and th...roughout the months that followed his guidance and incredible attention to detail built trust in the partnership. He routinely checked in with me for more than just divorce needs and always asked about how I was doing. He and his team were also extremely helpful and caring--an attribute that continued to impress me. When he secured a date for mediation we went through all the information for updates and overall accuracy. The preparation and delivery of all information was greatly appreciated by me and the mediator as well. The transition through all of the reports, files, and documents required is intense but Charles kept his focus and mine with the humor and laughs at times. His leadership across his team and all-in support with my divorce meant a great deal to me and would highly recommend him without hesitation.

Annulment & Divorce; Hired

I initially spoke to Mr. Hardy over the phone and explained my entire situation. By the time I came into meet him in person, he had already prepared and laid out several options available to me. Not only were the options thorough, but Mr. Hardy's main goal was to keep my best interests in mind, bot...h financially and personally. Most importantly, Mr. Hardy made himself available at all times for any follow up questions or concerns. He never hesitated to jump on a quick phone call to discuss and provide guidance. He takes a personal interest in your well being and I could not be happier with the outcome of my case.

The Best: Compassion & Professionalism

Hiring Charles Hardy was one of the best decisions I have made in my entire life. He came highly recommended by a long-time attorney friend as the best family law attorney in Texas, as well as a pioneer of “collaborative divorce.” Although we explored “collaborative divorce” that was ultimately no...t possible. Instead, he represented me in a highly-confrontation and extremely painful divorce. From the beginning, Mr. Hardy was both professional and extremely kind. Actually, “kind” does not adequately express the deep compassion and concern he showed for me. His kindness was well beyond what I have ever experienced in an attorney, nor even what I could imagine. Indeed, his empathy and sincere caring was more like a long-time family friend. As for Mr. Hardy's legal skills, he protected my key assets and achieved what I consider a fair settlement. It was truly extraordinary to watch him in court, in mediation and his direct interaction with other attorneys. He did a lot of preparation, but when the moments came that mattered he was fully prepared and the other side was not. He knew almost exactly what the other side would attempt and he was always ready. I am so glad I hired him. I must also mention that the entire staff at his law firm was extremely professional, especially his legal assistant Susi. As with Mr. Hardy, what she provided me went well beyond my expectations. She seemed to be always in the office, and showed the same kind of care, concern and compassion as Mr. Hardy. I simply can not over stress how amazing they both were at a personal level. To summarize, I know I made the right decision hiring Mr. Hardy. His combination of legal professionalism, experience and profound kindness are a rare. I give Mr. Hardy and his firm my highest recommendation.

Outstanding Performer - Best in his field!

I first walked in to Mr. Hardy's office extremely disappointed after having spent a lot of money on several attorneys who sat on my case and didn't move it along, regardless of what the merits of it was. But, they charged me for it. I started giving up. I shouldn't have. My mistake wasn't in m...y case - it was with them. I should never have tried to cut corners on something that mattered so much to me by hiring all those suits who said they could offer me 'personal service' but at the end of the day still didn't know the gender of the child I fought for. And it cost me. Cost my family. A lot. In time. Money. Headaches. I should have come to Mr. Hardy FIRST. He offered what no one else did. He gave me his personal cell (yes - he answered it several times).. worked on weekends and evenings...and tirelessly advocated for me and my family. Not only is he tirelessly dedicated, but his experience and skill allow him to think of the finer details that often escapes others who are still scrambling to get their act together. His reputation is top notch amongst his peers, for good reason, and he's genuinely likable. He seemed personally interested in my case, and did an outstanding job at every turn. Maybe that's because he's driven to produce results - which he does in spades and he did for me. In the end, he accomplished in a quarter of the time what the other attorneys I hired before hadn't. He's an efficient and superb lawyer who knocks it out of the park. If you must put your future in the hands of someone - go straight for the best in Mr. Hardy - in the long run you'll make good on your investment and time. His results speak for themselves.
