I called Mr. Rountree Monday 3/20/17 after 5pm and he answered! What lawyer answers that quick? I told him that my husband had a MTR warrant and would be arrested Wednesday when he went to probation. My husband had a serious case of DWI 4th and has been on probation for 3 years out of his 8 year sent...ence. Mr. Rountree not only gave me the pros and cons of this case but gave us a free consultation and an immediate face to face meeting for Tuesday. My husband went to his office on Tuesday and hired him. He worked very hard and honest on my case. Whenever I needed help on anything to Do with my case he was there at all times of the day. I had full access to my case online as well and he always sent reminders. He dropped my case from a dwi to lower offense and I still have my license. No jail time ...at all.

Tim Rountree took my DWI case and was there every step of the way. He is a professional who you can tell truly is passionate about what he does for his clients. He didn't take no for an answer and was able to get my charge lowered to a lesser charge. Being that my case was in the veterans court he di...dn't have much time to work but he was still able to get the job done and get me the plea deal that I wanted that other lawyers told me was probably a long shot. He does not try to get rich off of you either and I feel that his fee was fair and I wasn't just paying for a big name. Mr. Rountree is very professional at what he does and is really attentive with his clients. He will respond your questions and concerns as you need. My DWI accusation experience was my first and last, it is very diffucult to go through court's and the whole DWI process with out the right help. I was ...accused of drinking while driving in a town that I didn't live in. I did not agree to do a sobriety test offerd to me by the officer, but agreed to give a blood sample. I was taken in to the downtown jail that night and was released the next day. I found Mr. Rountree that same week after deciding not to put my future in a appointed lawyer. Almost a year later after postponed trials, plus a long wait on my blood results which I had a 0.4 we had our last verdict. In which the state said they did not have sufficient evidence to prove that I was intoxicated.
