Free from worries

I called several law offices and one of them wanted 12,000 dollars up front before they could work with me . That office said I face jail time of 2to 25 years in jail, to be listed as a sex offender, lose my job by showing up with the police . I called TadNelson , he gave me free advice and told me n...o one would take a case like that because for one, that was 52 years ago and that at the time I was a juvenile and that I had nothing to worry about . Before that I was a wreck thinking something terrible was going to happen , but now I walk with a spring in my step with a smile on my face . I would recommend Tad Nelson and have his numbers just in case

Good Lawyer

This a good man. Gave me insight into my case a few weeks ago. Was supposed to have trial March 28. ADA wasn't ready so it's seit in a month. I had an attorney but was about to fire him and Tad told me how my case will end soon and he didn't try and rip me off or scare me for pay. So I'm just praying... in a month everything will be done. Thank you Tad. I will referee everyone to you

Call Tad When The Chips Are Down!!

My experience with Tad Nelson & Associates was A+++++ all the way. It is not just his outstanding knowledge of the law Codes and how they are applied. What impressed me the most is his strategic thinking on how to approach my case, his professional relationship with the DA's office, and his strong ...working staff and associates. When I first approached Tad and his team I felt like I had a powerful force on my side and all of my apprehension and uncertainties about my case went out the door!! Tad really pulled a rabbit out of the hat for me, which I am sure he has done for countless others, and hopefully will do the same for you. Believe me he is worth every penny you pay AND MORE!!!

Miracle Worker

We hired Tad Nelson to defend our granddaughter and her husband, both of whom had been charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon. Prior to this time we had absolutely NO experience with the legal system, so we were very afraid of what penalty they faced for such severe charges. Tad did n...ot overpromise, making it clear that the charges were very serious and that we needed to be patient and let him work to realize the best possible results. After about 15 months he was able to have the charges dismissed against our granddaughter and reduced to deferred imposition for her husband. I don't believe that even Tad thought he could achieve such results. Our grandchildren were given their lives back, and hopefully will use much better judgment in the way they live their lives in the future. Thanks again, Tad. You were certainly worth your fee!

Tad is an excellent lawyer. I have seen Tad in court for many years now and I must say that he is always professional and well abreast of all of the newest laws and statues within the Texas legal system. Tad's presence alone in court is worth every penny he could possibly charge and much more. Whe...n the prosecutors see him in court it is immediately realized that this will be a tough one for them and they will not be able to bs there way through it, it is almost as if his reputation alone automatically puts a built in fear into prosecutors and with any criminal case that goes a long way. I would recommend Tad on any type of criminal case whether it is as big as a murder or as small as a traffic ticket to any of my closest friends and I personally have the upmost respect for him.
