I had a very old green card that needed to be renewed. The information that was asked for on the new Green card application, could not be answered because my card was issued in 1991, and the format has changed, so the information was not in my old card. Zara took care of everything. Including helping... me get my new UK passport too. As a retired US service member, I had not needed my passport or greencard for many years. When you deploy overseas, nobody asks for a passport!! Lol.... Now I am out, and retired. I wanted to be able to travel if I wanted too. Yes the 3 P's is what best describes Zara. She is very professional with her dealings, very easy to talk to and work with, and always prompt with returning texts/calls/emails. Mine was a very unique/challenging family law case and Zara handled it very well. And was able to overturn/correct to my bene...fit a lot of things in the earlier orders. She gets a bit busy with the cases she's handling but is always able to give you the personal attention needed and gets it done!
