So far so good!!!!!!

I was served papers at 7pm. The next morning I called and sent paperwork. In a matter of hours....seemed like minutes....the ball was rolling. Less than a month latter all was taken care of. 100% in my favor. What more can you ask for. I don't know how they do it but trust me it gets done. I rarely ...write reviews but with all the horror stories out there I felt it needed to be done. I am sure they will treat you the same way they treated me. One of the best lawyers I have had.

Case dismissed!!!!!!!!

I recieved an advertising letter in the mail from Mr. Ciment. I had my doubts. So far, I'm very pleased with the results. Case dismissed and I have others pending. He was very direct and straight forward. Very easy to deal with. His office is very professional.

Dept Collection

I retain this firm to settle a Debt Settlement case for which I was sued. As agreed to, this firm was able to get the case dismissed. I would recommend this firm for Debt Collections/Settlement.

Lawsuit dismissed!!

We met with one lawyer who explained everything we needed to know. We received email correspondence throughout the case and we were given multiple contacts for questions and concerns. Our case was dismissed and we greatly appreciate all the effort that was put into our dismissal.

Erased a $20,000 debt!

I owed $20,000 on an AMEX credit card and the collection company sued me. Daniel said there was a good chance that we will win the trial and I will owe nothing, and he was right! When I met him he was very pleasant and friendly and made me feel he had time to speak with me. I met with him only once ...at the beginning of the process and from then on it all went on "auto-pilot" from my point of view. I did not have to appear in court or do anything, Daniel took care of everything. About 6 months after I was sued the suit was dismissed.
