Definitely a Spade to keep in your back pocket!

Daniel and his team have successfully had several junk debt lawsuits dismissed for me over the last few years. He is very knowledgeable about the FDCPA and is an asset to you if you need assistance with third party debt buyers and even turning the table in them and suing for violations.

Great Work, Very Happy Results!

Excellent work

I am in the beginning phase of my situation. Daniel was able to put my mind at ease. He was very helpful and kind. He asks questions and talks with you, not at you, to figure it out. He looks at the whole picture, not just the current crisis. There is constant contact so I know what to expect.
