I was very pleased overall how my case was handled. I was well informed of all the steps and clear of all procedures that was going to take place. It was quick and discrete. The only downside of hiring an out of town attorney was, when it came down to the final procedures facing the bankruptcy judge/...person, I didn't have someone from the firm that I knew and had dealt with represent me. I sat there for an hr, finally after a phone call, I was represented by a local attorney. It was a nerve wrecking experience being my first time dealing with this type of situation.
