There are no words that can express the gratitude and gratefulness my husband aand I have for Attorney Shapiro aand her paralegal Mr. Chad Biery. Lisa was amazing to work with. I was referred by a friend who had her case dismissed by Lisa. My case was dismissed too. On my first meeting with her she let me pay just a little bit down and she started on my case right away which was very helpful. Anytime I had a question I would call or text her... and she always got right back to me. I keep her business card in my wallet and refer her to anyone who needs help.

I obtained Lisa's services to represent my then fiancé in a felony assault case in 2017. This occurred around the same time Texas had experienced hurricane Harvey. When I received the contract stipulations from Lisa, she specifically stated that she would not start working on the case until the fee.../money was paid in full, which I completely understood. As soon as I paid the full amount, it seemed as if she didn't want to be bothered with me or used the whole Harvey hurricane as an excuse to not work on the case. I understand that there were some issues in Texas as far as the courts being shut down due to flooding and damage, etc. I felt as if I had just paid for a service that wasn't being provided. She only visited my then fiancé once and it was on the same day he was scheduled for court to deal with his charge, in which she showed up looking like she had just come from a barbeque according to my then fiancé, dressed in street clothing which to me seems pretty unprofessional. I can say that my experience in dealing with her throughout the whole process did not seem like it was worth the money I spent to obtain her services.
