An attorney better than best in town. Case dismissed in 4 months before trial and then expunged after a year.

Attorney Mike Trent helped me dismissed and expunged my case charged with second degree felony. It was about injury to child, a false setup triggered by reckless family members and amplified by unreasonable local police department. I was locked and hold from dawn in police station and then transfe...rred to the downtown building basement at evening until got bonded out after midnight. It was a miserable adventure because PD treat the locked up people in a very miserable way, little food, no water, cold and concrete bench, maybe just want to make people feel they never want to come back again and be tortured in those miserable places. I was very lucky that I didn’t throw away the name card of Attorney Trent my ride driver gave me at 2 am. In those a few days before my first court appearance, I talked to several attorneys and decided to sign the contract with Attorney Mike Trent immediately after we spoke. I hoped his many years DA experience on criminal cases especially child abuse could help me out of the mess. It turn out that he took care of me fantastically. Mike babysit me through the legal process with perfect instructions and advices at each step of court attendance. He instructed me and my family how to speak properly against questioning, chasing and squeezing from the DA prosecutor on my case. When I got any worries and questions in my mind, I just texted my thoughts to Mike through phone, and he would answer me with proper and detailed instructions and explanations to calm me down so that I would know exactly what was going to happen next and be patient. When CPS started chase me at home and my kids at school, yes, it was very humiliating and offensive to my kids in front of school teachers and other kids. Mike even offered to handle CPS talking on behalf of me and everything was taken care of properly until CPS left me and kids alone. Mike also taught me how to work out with hiring manager for the purpose of HR background check when I had to switch to a new job. Mike had been in the district court environment for about 20 years on both dark side and bright side, as either a DA for 15 years or a defendant attorney after then. He is a legal professional, and he knows the entire process and how the legal system works. He knows well those people network who run the legal system, the judges and the DAs. Of course the judges and prosecutors know him well also because they used to work together as colleagues. His familiarity with prosecutors and their personalities and behaviors helped a lot to make the case solving much smoother. After all, Mike and his defendant, I in this case, form a short-term partnership, we had to team up and made things work out as our most favorable and we did it perfectly. Each penny of the attorney fee worth it even it was an upfront charge onetime payment contract. I even consider the attorney fee to Mike had made much better return to cost ratio when compared to that of property tax paid to county, and those of health care insurance and payment. I greatly appreciate Mike’s professional help on my case and will definitely use his help again if needed in the future, and I won’t hesitate to recommend Attorney Mike Trent to my friends or anyone else who need his help. Actually I did recommend his name to two of my friends with similar troubles, and utilized the knowledge I learned from Mike help one friend out of his similar mess as well, i.e. his case was also dismissed and cleared in another county.
