Completion of will and associated documents

Jim was a strong advocate for us in completing our wills and related documents. Jim is very knowledgeable and provided excellent advice and explanations. Smooth easy process!

A lawyer that can be trusted!

Three family members went to Mr. Dossey’s office with a problem that was entwined and needed to be untangled. We needed the knowledge of a CPA and Lawyer to help us sort out the best way to handle our situation. Without hesitation Mr. Dossey “listened” and he gave feedback that was beneficial, sub...stantive and informative. When we left and ask him to prepare the paperwork he completed a draft in short order and we gave feedback on the draft. Again, he communicated with us immediately and carried through on concerns that were voiced about his proposal. When we met again to sign the papers he went over everything, met and doubled down on a concern I had with stronger language and answered all questions. His office filed all paper work immediately and mailed all copies necessary to us. All three family members walked away knowing that if we ever needed something in the future, we will trust Mr. Dossey to handle it. He is knowledgeable, resolved our problem, professional, listens, communicates with you and takes care of business in an expeditious manner. Mr. Dossey and his staff are absolutely at the top of their game.
