Very Professional

Jim went over our trust with me - since my husband had passed recently. He was able to to get the right documentation which needed attention into my deeded name. He was very thorough and made the process very easy at a difficult time. I appreciate his professional attention to every question I ask...ed him. He was great to work with.

Creating a will

Jim and staff are wonderful to work with when setting up your will his experience helps tremendously while trying to make it easy for my wife and myself. I highly recommend him.

Just the man we needed

Jim Dossey provided excellent guidance in setting up our estate plan. It had been almost 20 years since it had been reviewed and he and his staff did a great job replacing it. Jim was very helpful in explaining the changes to the law over the intervening years and their implications. My wife and I... (and her parents before us) have all been clients of Jim and his father Dale. They are an excellent law firm with a long background of serving the community (legally and personally). Highly recommend.
