I want to start by saying, that Brian Burns is an amazing lawyer. I went to him first to hire him for my fiancé that is currently going through legal issues. During the process I ended up needing Brian for my own defense on a felony charge for possession of a controlled substance. I went to court and... didn’t have an attorney hired and was getting ready to go jail because of failing my UA while out on bone. I contacted Brian and he was there within minutes. He not only saved me from going to jail that day, but also was able to get my charges dropped to a misdemeanor possession of marijuana with a fine and 6 months suspended license. To start off, I had a pending case on me(falsely thanks to Montgomery County) I went to several different lawyers all wanted to charge a high consultant fee and couldn’t even guarantee me if they could help me.
