Horrible lawyer. Kept postponing my court date only to tell me a day before court that I had to accept a plea deal of 10 yrs in prison or that I could get up to 25. Fired him immediately and hired Jeremy Dishong, by far the best lawyer in conroe tx. He tells you exactly what he can do for you and how... much it will cost to retain his services. Brian on the other hand just kept postponing and never had a clear answer as to what he could do for my case. If yo don't want your family member or yourself to end up in prison I suggest you go elsewhere. He will do NOTHING for you. Yes, he might not charge much but he won't do anything to help your case.
