Brian came so highly recommened and still eceeded my expectations. This was my first time going to jail and I was facing serious charger for defending myself. Anytime I needed to communicate with anyone, they were there or quickly called me back with answers. He was punctual and kept my mind at ease....

I was referred to Mr. Burns by a friend who told me I really needed to consult with someone regarding my situation. I was told that Mr. Burns would be able to help me, or at least tell me if i had a case to fight or not. This was the first time I have ever been in trouble and did not know my way aro...und the criminal, legal system. I felt overwhelmed by everything that was happening. I felt as if I were being taken advantage of and was wrongfully arrested. After consulting with Mr Burns I was put at ease that I was in the right place and in the right hands. After filing a Motion for Discovery and a couple more court dates, we got the evidence that was needed, proving my case and even got a better outcome than I had expected. After my last arrest I truly lost hope. I actually was not even going to hire an attorney because I thought my situation was beyond repair. Somewhere along the way though someone had recommended Brian so I decided to a least go talk to him. From our first meeting he actually gave me a glimmer of h...ope and I decided to do everything in my power to beat this case. I was already on parole for two major drug charges. One was a first degree with intent to deliver charge. I was sentenced to seven years TDCJ along with a separate drug charge than got me a two year sentence that was ran concurrent with my larger sentence. So as you can see, I had a major uphill battle with another felony conviction hanging over my head. I would have lost everything that I had worked so hard for. I will never be able to thank Brian enough for the outcome I received for my case. A full dismissal was the final verdict and I have been able to resume my normal life. My only regret is not using Brian for my other troubles. He went above and beyond! The outcome he was able to produce will forever impact my life!
