My husband was detained by immigration at the airport coming from our vacation. He is a permanent resident for a case he had from 2009 and completed, they still detained him. My father was deported about 5 yrs ago, we had already lost hope of him ever having the opportunity to return to the United States legally since this wasn't his first time being deported.
