You have a clear outline of what you do have in place, and what is additionally needed so that your estate is completely taken care of without having to go into probate. Most people believe that a will or living will is enough... but it is si...mply not the truth...

You need to hire this lawyer!

Grace is extremely helpful and kind as I had many questions as I worked on my daughter' plan. My husband and I are so appreciative of her help and her thorough knowledge of what needs to be done in case of any "what if's". Her great knowledge and skills impresses us immensely. She even found things ...in my mother's will that her lawyer overlooked. I highly recommend Grace to everyone!
