Texas BLE.

Received a letter from the Director of Character and Fitness at the Texas Board of Law Examiners? Or Having an issue with your Bar Application? I could not stress enough that you should Immediately go to Bob Bennett! With his 15 years of experience before the Board of Law Examiners and having t...aken more cases than any other attorney in Texas he is by far the most knowledgeable and has the expertise to help you get your license. Bob is very proactive and provides each client with an individualized strategy in their defense. He is readily available to speak to on the phone and is always willing to answer any questions you may have. He has a personal assistant who is also extremely helpful with correspondence and preparation for the case. Bob goes above and beyond what the average top ethical attorney would do. This is because he genuinely cares. Although he may seem sightly pricey- trust me it is worth it. He will spend countless hours preparing for your case, preparing you and any witnesses you may need. Consider all your hard world and investments up to this point- this is just the last hurdle and I am confident he will get you where you wish to be. Although you may be a lawyer or law student, defending yourself before the Board could be disastrous. You need representation, and ultimately you need Bob. Whilst you may feel he doesn’t know every single detail at the beginning. He knows the necessary details needed at first and can see the big picture. Bob will have the most appropriate strategy to do his best to get your case dismissed early. ( Even before it goes to a hearing. ) If you have to go to a hearing. Have no fear. You will have the support of Bob. He will diligently prepare for your case and will put countless hours in the days leading up to the hearing. He will prepare you thoroughly for any questions the prosecution or the board may have. As well as prepare your witnesses accordingly. You will know exactly what to expect and will be ready to defend your case. Bob is an excellent advocate for his clients, and can even act as a liaison with your employer. Bob knows when the best time to introduce certain evidence at the hearing is. This will ensure you have the maximum possible defense. He has an excellent rapport with the Board Staff Attorneys and the Panel of Board Members. The Board know him well and respect him. This can only aid your defense. I was potentially facing up to 5 years prohibiting me from taking the bar or being unable to get my license. Thanks to Bob, after a long hearing and Bobs incredible advocacy skills we successfully presented my case to the Board who dismissed any moral character nor fitness to practice issues! My dream to be a lawyer in Texas and my livelihood is secure because of Bob. I am confident he can help make dreams come true for future clients - such as you.

Good Lawyer Who Get's Results

Mr. Bennett was hired for an administrative representation matter, and exceeded expectations with preparation and actual delivery during the hearing. He was open, honest and very candidate with potential outcomes and where challenges were with regards to our side's position. Mr. Bennett was alw...ays communicative, and if he failed to respond timely, he accepted responsibility and did not try and shield or transfer blame for shortcomings. He is well respected within the progression and in front of the board who heard the hearing.

Excellent Attorney

I had the privilege to consult Bob regarding a medical malpractice issue recently. He was extremely courteous, professional, competent, and had very insightful advice and guidance for me. I had several questions to ask him. Not only was he very straight-forward, but he was also able to articulate a v...ery difficult legal issue to me in a very simple, practical manner and apply it to a real world scenario which was very useful for my purposes. I highly recommend Bob for representation for any of your legal needs.

A Helpful, Caring and Knowledgeable Attorney!

I am a prospective law student applying to law schools in Texas with a less than perfect record. I have had academic issues as well as DWI issues. My main concern was if I would ever be able to practice law in Texas or would I be denied admission to sit for the Bar after graduating law school? I cont...acted Bob and gave him the details of my situation. He listened to my concerns and was very supportive. He explained to me exactly how the process works and the importance of being fully transparent about my background. Bob explained that people make mistakes but being honest and transparent about them is key. As long as I owned up to my past mistakes and demonstrated that I had made a positive change, he said I had a good chance of being accepted to sit for the Bar. Bob is truly a knowledgeable and caring individual. I would highly recommend him to any law students or graduates who have issues or questions regarding the Character and Fitness portion of their law school or State Bar application.
