Hiring Mr. Bennett was the best decision for my hearing with the Board of Law Examiners (“BOLE”). Last year, I received a preliminary determination letter from the BOLE because of civil and criminal cases that arose after I took the Bar Exam but before I received my passing results. In fact, the exception to the rule that was ultimately the crux of my case had never been applied or used by the Board.
