On my licensing issue, the presiding judge from San Antonio, Carmen Kelsey was removed from her office and has not been allowed to preside to this day. The Prosecutor, Tim Bersch, was forced to retire and the case was reversed and I was immediately reinstated by the Appellate Court. Today, I have been appointed to the State Bar of Texas, Texas Lawyers Assistance Program, and State Bar President Larry McDougal appointed me to the Presidential Task Force on the Texas Grievance System. Guess the bottom rail is on top now. Look up Former Judge Carmen Kelsey on any of the judicial rating sites, and you will learn way this was such an outrageous prosecution that should never happen again. I hope our Presidential Committee will change how professional conduct cases are handled. rsb
