I started coming to this lawyer for an immigration case, I heard really good things of his office. That was NOT the case. His assistant is probable the worst person to ever give customer service. I had never been spoken to the way she spoke to me. She does not explain herself and if you have question...s she answers with "I've already said it once, and too much for me to explain again, you should have paid attention" If I have an appointment (that I pay for), I only get to speak to this Jessica lady, if I would like to speak to the actual lawyer (who's services I'm paying for) I need to pay an additional cost! It is ridiculous! If it wasn't because I've already paid over $2,000 to this man, I would have gone elsewhere. Sometimes I feel that with the disrespect this office gives you,it's worth just loosing the 2K. Never coming back, NEVER RECOMMENDING.

The attorney is very knowledgeable and came highly recommended.He did an excellent job responding to immigration inquiries, decisions and keeping me informed of what the next step was. His staff was also very patient while answering my elderly mother's questions regarding my status. I would encourage... anyone with an immigration case to see this attorney.

Without a doubt Torres is very informative and helpful and we have used his services twice in the past 3 years but this last time with the new staff the service was terrible, they are rude and will keep you on hold as long as possible to avoid answering questions. His legal assistant is the WORST and... I honestly cannot say that I will use his services again unless there is a change of staff.
