5-Star Attorney

Making the choice to hire Rand as my criminal defense attorney was one of the best decisions that I've ever made. I found out that I'd caught a Class B misdemeanor from two years prior I didn't even know about. Rand worked diligently to help me receive the best possible outcome. He was always availab...le to speak with me whenever I had questions or was just feeling panicked about my situation. He is an extremely professional and competent attorney that has no problem explaining the legal process to those who don't know that much about law. He also has a great sense of humor! After I completed a very short probation period, the case was dismissed. I then hired Rand to have my criminal record sealed with non-disclosure, which he performed very quickly and without any undue stress on my end. He was even able to get my court appearance waived! If I ever need an attorney in the future, I know who I will immediately call -- Rand Mintzer!

Great Defense Lawyer

I first contacted Rand 2 years ago for a felony criminal case and although I did not hire him at the time, I really wish I had. Rand is there to help and will answer any questions you have about your criminal case. Fast forward to March 30th, 2016. The state filed a MTAG which could have resulted up... to 20 years in prison had Rand not stepped in and within 3 weeks Rand successfully had the MTAG dismissed. I was free man and able to return to work! What most impressed me was the fact that he was able to have my court date (while in custody) reset to a week rather than the typical 30 days, which the District Attorney wanted to do, not only did that save me a month behind bars it saved me from emotional stress on my family, friends and myself. I was able to keep my job and return to a normal life. Rand also made everything affordable with a reasonable down payment and a stress free payment schedule. I highly recommend Rand to handle any criminal matter you may have. Personally, Rand is a great man who will make you feel comfortable as if your own father was defending you.

Incredible

Rand Mintzer was one of the best things that has ever happened to me. I was in a horrible situation, he was there for me. He encouraged me, he kept pushing me for what we wanted! He went over and beyond what a lawyer does. He is prompt, he is quick to answer, it also helps that he is a genius. Rand h...as been a lawyer for 30+ years and the experience showed. He was calm all of the time even whenever I was losing my mind. For those who do not know lawyer jargon, he will tell you in terms you understand. The individuals who are working in his office are so warm and loving from day one! Rand took my case with open arms and returned with an outcome I NEVER thought I would be lucky enough to get. In the future, if I ever require another lawyer, I would never think twice. Rand A. Mintzer.

Excellent Attorney

My experience with Mr. Mintzer was trouble free, and anytime I had a question about my case he was always able to answer me. I really trusted him with my case, and he was very knowledgeable. I was always able to reach him when needed. I really liked that he was very prompt. I would recommend Rand Min...tzer to anyone who is looking for a good criminal attorney, because he puts 100% into his clients. Again thank you Mr. Mintzer for helping me with my case when I didn't think I had a chance you gave me hope again.

The best attorney you want to have on your side

I just want to say that Mr. Rand Mintzer is a very good attorney who would represent you to the fullest. when I first met Mr. Mintzer he was honest with me he understood what was going on with my case, he is not your typical attorney he really not. he made me feel good about myself and explain every ...one of us makes mistakes in our live one way or the other, and I did but he ensured me that things will get better. So I went to talk with other Attorneys but it was something he said that made me come back to him and im so glad I did. during the trial he was a very professional and he really got the attention of the court staff I felt that they all liked for his professionalism. He shot straight with me explain every think to me and I understood it. He said that if he can't get my case dropped than he will work to get the least amount handed to me. And he did. Look people he is one of the best attorneys out their. I highly recommend him
