Marvelous Lawyer

Rand was great on my case. He made sure I knew everything that could possibly happen and did not beat around the bush. Be sure to listen to his advice. He walked me through what would happen next every time we left the court room. He was very well connected every room we walked into everyone seemed t...o know him. Great guy and amazing lawyer.

Rand Mintzer

Scenario: • 3 Charges • 2nd Degree Felony • 2 separate counties • In possession of stolen material • Eye witnesses • Security surveillance recordings • Punishment range of 2-20 years in prison and a fine up to $10,000 Our experience with the legal process was limited to the occasional traffi...c violation. Arrest, confinement, bail bonds, arraignments, prosecuting and defense attorneys were outside our families’ life experiences. So, in an effort to learn about what needed to be done we googled the internet, arranged meetings with, and talked to several criminal attorneys. One of them recommended Rand as an outstanding criminal attorney. After one meeting, he was our choice. Rand has been realistic and sincerely honest about possible outcomes. His legal recommendations were spot on. Personally, he kept us well informed and has been easily available both in person and on the phone. His discussions with our son were both private or open. In the courtroom, he is well recognized and his interactions with officials is both personable, but professional. His professional fees are extremely reasonable. I most strongly recommend him to represent you/yours.

Couldn't Ask for A Better Attorney

After getting into a bad situation while in college, I found my way to Rand Mintzer. From the very first phone call, he made me feel comfortable. He truly put his all into my case, and I could tell that he actually cared about the work he was doing to help me. He explained very complicated legal term...s to me in a way that I could understand, and his level-headed nature helped me stay calm throughout the entire legal process. He was also very reasonable with pricing and payment plans. There is no doubt in my mind that I made the right decision by hiring Mr. Mintzer. I'd recommend him to anyone looking for a criminal defense attorney who goes above and beyond for his clients!

Great Defense Lawyer

I first contacted Rand 2 years ago for a felony criminal case and although I did not hire him at the time, I really wish I had. Rand is there to help and will answer any questions you have about your criminal case. Fast forward to March 30th, 2016. The state filed a MTAG which could have resulted up... to 20 years in prison had Rand not stepped in and within 3 weeks Rand successfully had the MTAG dismissed. I was free man and able to return to work! What most impressed me was the fact that he was able to have my court date (while in custody) reset to a week rather than the typical 30 days, which the District Attorney wanted to do, not only did that save me a month behind bars it saved me from emotional stress on my family, friends and myself. I was able to keep my job and return to a normal life. Rand also made everything affordable with a reasonable down payment and a stress free payment schedule. I highly recommend Rand to handle any criminal matter you may have. Personally, Rand is a great man who will make you feel comfortable as if your own father was defending you.

Excellent Attorney

My experience with Mr. Mintzer was trouble free, and anytime I had a question about my case he was always able to answer me. I really trusted him with my case, and he was very knowledgeable. I was always able to reach him when needed. I really liked that he was very prompt. I would recommend Rand Min...tzer to anyone who is looking for a good criminal attorney, because he puts 100% into his clients.
