Rand will understand

I hired Rand back in December 2020... I was in the toughest position I’ve ever been in. It was a roller coaster ride. I hired Rand with all belief and high hopes. He took care of my case with care. He takes his time to evaluate the situation to get you the best results. Thank you Rand! But no thank y...ou is ever worth enough for what you did for me!

A really good guy and attorney

Rand was a life saver. Judge Johnson wanted to revoke my parole and issued a warrant for my arrest; even though 100% of the restitution I owed was paid. I was referred to Rand. He met with us on Sunday and by Tuesday Judge Johnson reversed his order. The cost of his service and time was nominal. ... I can't thank you enough for everything.

Someone you can absolute confidence in.

I could sense that Rand Mintzer was head and shoulders above the rest on our first phone conversation. I was facing a felony charge base on a false accusation related to an auto-pedestrian accident that never occurred. I had never been charged with anything more than driving over the speed limit befo...re this. On that first call he took the time to explain exactly what I was facing, how it would work, and what the chances were of a successful outcome. He spoke with authority and didn’t play any games. He always picks up the phone when I call and always has his door open. His rates and payment terms are very fair. Best of all, he was able to get the case dismissed by the Grand Jury and the charges were dropped. I can’t recommend Rand Mintzer highly enough!

Great lawyer, case dismissed, misdemeanor

Anyone seeking an attorney Rand Mintzer is the man for the job. He is very professional with great work ethics, through out the process of it all he was prompt and always straight to the point. He worked my case and pushed for a dismissal in my defense, he delivered on everything he said he would do ...and my case was dismissed! I am great full for the outcome and I’m glad I can move on from my mistake, thank you for your time and for great service!

Fair defense for an unfair situation

Forget the stereotypes about lawyers. Rand Mintzer is an honest, caring, compassionate attorney who always has his client’s best interest in mind, not retainers or fees. Mr. Mintzer helped my daughter out of an unfortunate situation which could have ended with her being overly prosecuted.
