I sat through hours of watching a judge handing out DWI sentences that were all across the board depending on the circumstances including defense council. As I watched these sentences being awarded by the judge, I knew my circumstances and they were bad, and I really thought I was going to be hit hard by the process at best. When Mr. Murphy presented me with a settlement offered by the state, I was elated. Obviously Mr. Murphy was highly involved if not responsible for this settlement. Once again DO NOT DRINK AND DRIVE, but if you do and are a dumb ass like I was, make sure you go to court with a Professional and there is none better than Doug Murphy!
