I came to Doug with my second DWI, after remembering I had read an article about Texas Top DWI lawyers. To give you some background I had been drinking, had an open beer in the car and to make things worse I flipped my car on I-45. I did the field sobriety test but refused to blow, subsequently I was... taken to jail. Long story short not only do I not have another DWI on my record Doug actually got it thrown out of court all together.. Did you read what I said? Open beer in the car, car wreck, I admitted to drinking, did the field sobriety test, and Doug got it thrown out???. Thats right!
