With-out a Doubt The Best DUI Attorney in Harris County & Absolutely Worth Every Penny

After going through the worst night of my life, wrongfully thrown in jail, I did my research and asked my many friends who've become Lawyers to find the #1 DUI Defense Attorney in Harris County who would prove my innocence and ensure justice was served. Mark Thiessen was the unanimous, highest recomm...endation, along with his credentials to proving he was the one and only choice for me regardless of the costs. Mark hired the utmost best specialist for my case, Amanda Culbertson, and together they proved the invalidity of my BAC breath test; thus, dismissing my case and giving my life back!! Highly recommended - works magic in the courtroom!!!

Mr Thiessen and his staff are not only knowledgable, assertive, and aggressive in fighting for you, they also are caring and compassionate. Defending yourself in this legal system can be exhausting and intimidating. Mr Thiessen and his team made this process much easier and was successful in reducin...g my DWI charge to a Speeding ticket as well as achieving a dismissal at my license suspension hearing. It is obvious he is well respected when he walks into the court room. This man knows his stuff and is always easy to reach should you have any questions, unlike many attorneys. Highly Recommended

Mark Theissen handled my 3rd DWI cvase with efficiency and professionalism. Mark got my charges reduced to a misdemeanor from a felony and really came through for me. I own and operate a bar and cant have a felony charge while holding a TABC license. Mark took this very seriously and worked hard on t...his case to get it reduced to what I needed. I would highly recommend Mark Theissen, he literally saved my livlihood. I cant thank him enough.

Thiessen is the ONLY choice for DWI/DUI Cases

If you're facing a drinking charge, don't shop around, call Mark immediately. Mark Thiessen leaves nothing in the bullpen, he approaches every aspect of a case and tries to visualize angles that the defense may use. In addition to being extremely knowledgeable in the realm of DWI/DUI cases, he's e...xtremely personable and doesn't throw around so much legal jargon that you're head is left spinning after a meeting. Mark will do everything in his power to help you out; his goal is to get you something you're comfortable with and doesn't settle for less. He demands honesty and respect, and returns the favor. Possibly one of his greatest assets is that he's created a reputation and rapport with many colleagues and uses that to his advantage. His confidence can sometimes be a little zealous, but it motivates him at the same time. Being charged with a Felony Intox Assault with a deadly weapon (and looking at 10 years felony probation or 4 years in prison) was a terrifying experience. I was referred to Mark by an attorney friend who had heard him lecture, calling Mark was the best decision I made. Mark fought hard for me; in the midst of a Judge/DA turnover, a summer full of drunk driving cases, and amounting issues with the complaining party, Mark was able to successfully have charges reduced to a misdemeanor DWI and 2 years probation, a feat even the Judge was impressed by. Mark entered as a lawyer, but quickly made it into the ranks of friend. He has my highest recommendation and I will be sending any friends who experience the nightmare of a drunk driving case his way.
