Best DWI defense lawyer in Texas

I hired Mark Thiessen when I received a DWI-2 in a county near Houston. Because of his vast experience, Mr. Thiessen developed a sense about my case during the first phone call. I visited his office for a consultation. At that consultation, Mr. Thiessen promised to set my case for trial immediatel...y because I requested it and he felt I had a defendable case. Sophy is Mr. Thiessen's paralegal. Sophy keeps everything running smoothly. She returned all of my calls promptly. She immediately subpoenaed important documents related to the case. Understand that Mr. Thiessen is a Rockstar in the world of DWI attorneys. When he walked into the courthouse to meet the assistant DA who was prosecuting my case, he was met with astonishment and admiration. Every DA knows Mr. Thiessen. They know his outstanding reputation and track record. DA's are intimidated by Mr. Thiessen. DA's do not want to go to trial against him. Mr. Thiessen runs a very professional practice. I paid my fees on time and Mr. Thiessen did everything he promised. CASE DISMISSED! No trial. The case was dismissed earlier than anticipated. Don't waste your time with lower priced attorneys. Hire the best and get your life back … hire Mark Thiessen. In the DWI world, you are guilty until proven innocent. Mark Thiessen is the equalizer … put him on your side.

Knows his stuff

Unfortunately I have been arrested twice for DUI, both times I hired Mark. He can be an arrogant son of a gun, but he's an excellent attorney. If you're patient, you have a great chance of a dismissal. We got lucky the first time...this time I drew the worst judge in Harris Co. so I decided to pl...ead guilty after one month of an interlock and blow schedule. It was awful! I knew I couldn't deal with that for another year or two. He suggested if I wanted to go ahead and plead guilty, that we go the next day when a substitute judge was there. He said I'd just get a fine and one year license suspension, no jail time. He was exactly right! If this happens to you, Mark Thiessen should be your first call.

Best DWI Defense Imaginable

My original attorney recommended that we bring in Mr. Thiessen as co-counsel for my DWI arrest. Despite (what I perceived to be) a significant amount of evidence presented by the prosecutors and a HIGHLY motivated arresting officer, Mark knew exactly how to handle every move of the trial. Over the ...course of two days Mark displayed his mastery of the process and DWI expertise, ultimately securing a not-guilty verdict from the jury. Please do yourself a favor...if you ever need help with a DWI/DUI, call Mark Thiessen immediately.
