Amazing and very understanding law firm when it came to my cases and personal situation. Handle both of my cases, and was able to give me the best outcome for my dwi’s. Always available during office hours with quick responses via phone, text, and email. Once hired Mr. Theissen stayed in contact with... me and kept me updated. Even if it happened to be late into the evening. Made a scary situation, not as scary. Highly recommended.

Professional and responsive

I was referred to the Thiessen by a friend after I received a DUI in October of 2018. This my first experience with any legal activity and I felt like I was the only client Mark had. He not only advised me of the different options I had available but he also make me aware of the possible outcome for ...decision I made regarding either pleading guilty or asking for a trail by a jury. He and his staff always kept me informed and I felt like that I had `hired the best attorney in the state. Hands down best DUI/DWI lawyer in Houston

Mr. Thiessen is simply top-notch at what he does. When I found myself in a situation I never thought I'd be in (DUI), I was an emotional mess and absolutely terrified. Mr. Thiessen made himself available to meet with me in person within hours of my first phone call. He was understanding, straight-...forward, and helped to ease my worried mind. I'm so glad I hired Mr. Thiessen because he exceeded every expectation I had throughout the entire process - highly attentive to my calls or emails, as was the paralegal for my case, Sophy. Also, Mr. Thiessen's courtroom presence is powerful! He's well-known and highly respected in Harris/Galveston county for very good reason. You'll want him on your side.

Best Attorney to have!!

Mark handled my DWI case and was able to get it down to a misdemeanor and fine!! He is an awesome attorney and has a great team to back him up! I would recommend him to anyone! Thanks Mark for a great job!

You NEED the “A” game guy on your side

If you find yourself in the unfortunate situation of being charged with a DWI, you’re going to want to call Mark Thiessen. As a person just getting a career kicked off and starting a family, I was staring down the long, frightening, and expensive path of a 2nd DWI conviction. My local attorney highly... recommended bringing Mr. Thiessen on to take the lead as my trial attorney. After one phone call with Mr. Thiessen I knew this guy was going to fight for me, and without doubt, he was going to bring his “A” game. When your future and ability to provide for your family is on the line, you NEED the “A” game guy on your side. In the months leading up to my trial his staff was pleasantly professional and easy to communicate with. During the trail, Mr. Thiessen was just as I had hoped, aggressive and prepared. He was able to bring to light discrepancies the arresting officer made during the affidavit process to get a search warrant for my blood, which lead to that blood sample evidence being thrown out by the judge. However, Mr. Thiessen had several other arguments up his sleeve ready to be unleashed if needed. After deliberating for approximately 10 minutes the jury came back with my NOT GUILTY verdict. I now happily thank Mr. Thiessen and my local attorney for saving my career and future!
