This review is long overdue! First, I have had 3 DWIs. I learned my lesson after the first but was too stupid the second. When it came to the third my life was over facing years in prison in a county (Montgomery) that is unrelenting in prosecuting dwi's. Mark has been my attorney for all 3 and has a...lways gone way above and beyond the norm in defending a client. He is the sharp dresser indeed which radiates confidence in the courtroom where he is highly respected. And that is ideal for anyone hiring mark because he shows up and I mean literally shows up ready to fight for your life! Bluntly stating this is no bullshit review. I'm telling you he saved my (ass) life by keeping me out of prison 25 to life. Whatever the cost financially believe me pay it! your freedom has no limit. Don't fool yourself with any Texas court because that is one dice game you do not want to play. Mark knows when to hold them and fold them but with me not once did he ever waver. You want to stay out of jail hire mark.

Unfortunately I have been arrested twice for DUI, both times I hired Mark. He can be an arrogant son of a gun, but he's an excellent attorney. If you're patient, you have a great chance of a dismissal. We got lucky the first time...this time I drew the worst judge in Harris Co. so I decided to pl...ead guilty after one month of an interlock and blow schedule. It was awful! I knew I couldn't deal with that for another year or two. He suggested if I wanted to go ahead and plead guilty, that we go the next day when a substitute judge was there. He said I'd just get a fine and one year license suspension, no jail time. He was exactly right! If this happens to you, Mark Thiessen should be your first call.

My original attorney recommended that we bring in Mr. Thiessen as co-counsel for my DWI arrest. Despite (what I perceived to be) a significant amount of evidence presented by the prosecutors and a HIGHLY motivated arresting officer, Mark knew exactly how to handle every move of the trial. Over the ...course of two days Mark displayed his mastery of the process and DWI expertise, ultimately securing a not-guilty verdict from the jury. Please do yourself a favor...if you ever need help with a DWI/DUI, call Mark Thiessen immediately. I could not give a higher recommendation to anyone and am still in awe of the amazing performance he gave in court.

Seriously, Mark Thiessen is the best out there. I rear ended a car (which was totaled) no one hurt but I had a blood test of almost 3 times over the legal alcohol limit. The case went on for quite a while but throughout it all Mark and his team were there making it the best possible. Their dedication... to my case was so much more than I could ask for, definitely worth every penny. I was found not guilty and my case got completely dismissed, the best news of 2016.
