I first want to start by thanking Mark Theissen for Getting my case dismissed! Yeah in Montgomery County, Texas. Horrible county to get a DWI. I hired Mark with not a whole lot of knowledge about him. Sure the reviews were good but it’s different when you actually have to put money toward someone you...’ve never dealt with. This was technically my 2nd DWI but in reality I had been charged with 4 prior DWIs in a bad stent in my life. So even though I technically only had been charged with 1 DWI in Montgomery county.
