The perfect attorney to handle my family's urgent matter. ICE is only a problem when you dont have Ms. Yegani as your attorney!

To be simplistic, Ms. Yegani is “phenomenal”. My parents recently came back into from visiting my sick grandma and while going through US customs, my mother was detained by Immigration and Custom Enforcement (ICE). My father is a US citizen while my mother was a permanent resident. I spent over 7 h...ours at Bush Intercontinental Airport waiting for ICE to release my mother, but I was later informed that they will be transferring her to ICE detention facility until she faces an immigration judge for deportation. By the time we got home, I noticed the disarray in my father's facial expression and did not know what to do. Early the following morning, I call ICE and wasn't able to obtain any information about my mother. After hours of calling around, I began searching for an immigration lawyer. And that’s when I noticed The Law Office of Mana Yegani. I called her office and spoke to one of her assistants who took my information. Shortly after giving my information to the assistant, I received a call from Ms. Yegani and I explained what had transpired. She informed me of what may have taken place and why my mother was detained. I remember asking about her track record and what was her succession rate in this matter was prior to the end of our phone conversation. She simply stated that I should continue and look her up and if I wanted to come in for a scheduled meeting, she would be available that afternoon. Quite honestly, I respect people that let their excellences speak for itself rather than someone who boast about their past cases they won and how they could do the same for my family. During the meeting with Ms. Yegani, she explained in detail how the immigration court system works and how long the process could take for someone that is being detained. She was very meticulously, punctilious and heedful while we conversed. She was honest about how long it might take to get my mother released and gave me the best case scenario and even then, it appeared to be a 2 and ½ week duration before we would be able to get my mother released on “Parole”. It was difficult to accept because I'm an extremely impatient person. However, I knew Ms. Yegani was the right attorney, so I hired her and we immediately began working on getting my mother release. As of yesterday, 5 days after I hired her, my mother was released and is at home resting peacefully. It can go without saying the release came as a surprise, but it was amazing when Ms. Yegani called to inform me of the wonderful news. She always kept me well informed and responded to each of my phone calls within a reasonable time. What I respect/appreciate most is the passion and devotion she has for her clients. This is a rarity and she is the perfect attorney to handle my mother’s case. I am grateful to have acquired her legal services and how quickly she was able to respond and act. She could just well be simply the best!

Great Laywer in time of Havoc.

I am a client of Mana Yegani. Unfortunately my case was solely based on something my husband did which affected me since I am his wife. Nonetheless, the court gave me a warrant for a felony. I happen to be undocumented and the court gave me a criminal bond and a $30,000 Bond. Mana and Jed since t...he beginning of the meeting made us feel welcome and at ease and care about my me and how i was feeling since technically I felt I didnt do anything wrong - just be married to my husband. That same week we did a walk through in court with both of them present at court and luckily there was no ICE hold on me so they were able to come into an aggrement with the court. I did not had to paid no criminal bond and no $30,000 bond and did not had to go to jail which i was very of afraid that would happen ( thank you for that ) I got community service and paid court fees and now I am looking forward in getting with Mana concerning what is the next step in order to continue my path to become legaly in the U.S . I say this with calm now but at the time my family and all of us were in complete Havoc and disarray. Mana and her team are truly wonderful and professional with an extensive knowledge of the law and truly care about you. I recomend any one in need of a good criminial inmigration lawyer to get their services . They respond to your email, calls and any question you may have. In conclusion they are the best and work fast and steady to help you in your necesity which kinds of puts a hold on life.

Airport Detention and Immigration

If you had to choose between a "Mercedes" and a "Ford" what would you choose? Of course the Mercedes, that is what we did when we chose Mana Yegani for representation. We have all our faith and hopes in her! In this surreal experience, Mana made it tolerable for both the detainee and the family mem...bers, alike. The approach she laid forth was both methodical and logical, which provided a sense of calm. For the Spanish speakers, Mana has the support of a empathetic and charismatic legal assistant who provides reassurance through translation, bravo Jessica, and thank you Mana!
