I consulted her regarding a change of status case and got wrong advise regarding my immigration status, I've done my research before the appointment and tried to discuss with her and all I get phrases like "I'm the lawyer and I know better" so based on her request I've sent her a clear USCIS web page... showing that she is totally wrong and waited for her reply for a week and I didn't hear back. not recommended.

My brother was denied access as a visitor when entering at Houston International Airport. He was detained, interviewed and kept in custody at the Airport for more than 12 hours. Agents there decided that my brother wanted to ask for Asylum. My brother never asked for asylum and never stated that h...is life was in danger if returning to Mexico.
