Thankful

I'm writing to thank you and those in the law firm for all of their hard work throughout my case. When I was first injured, I wasn't sure where to turn. I was referred to your law firm by a friend. Throughout the time we work together, everyone at your firm was kind, patient, and supportive. Especial...ly Chris Davila, he made sure to email and call me every time there was a new development. I cannot thank you enough for the amazing treatment you gave me. And first and foremost I'm thankful and grateful God.

Barbara Millan

I was okay with what she and Kevin before her did but the timing seemed off. I almost never got any information until I sent an email of left a voice mail. I understand that Social Security is an awful Bureaucracy to deal with but a bit of information as to what you guys were doing would have been ...great. I'm happy with the result.

Not Transparent & Hard to contact

The firm accepted me as a client, then retracted. They refused to give any information to why. I believe it's because I asked to many question/interview the firm so I truly understand who will be representing my case. You must ask question; you must interview the any firm before you hire them and/or ...end up with poor representation. I learned this the hard way and I won't make the same mistake twice. I now have allot of experience with attorneys/firms and have learned what to look for in a good & bad attorney. This firm does an amazing job advertising & trying to be flashy/appealing. I can tell you from experience those qualities are only to attract clients but will not win your case. Where they fail is the 2 most important factors for any client. Difficult to make contact, they are always too busy. When you call it goes to an operator who takes a message then you have to wait days to weeks before receiving a call back. Then when they call its super early in the morning, if you miss the call, you go round and round with same process. The 2nd area they fail is being transparent, open, honest with clients &/or potential clients. A firm that is unable to provide these 2 essential services will hurt you when faced with deadlines and time is of the essence. The only reason I give 2 stars is because they do have a nice website & the staff does try hard to have that fake kindness.

Very little contact

This review is trying to be open and fair! This firm was hired in a ERISA case.So far this case is approaching 19 months! There is very little contact the secretary keeps changing .E-mails are never answered ! Phone calls never returned! I mean if they did not want the case they should just tell me!

Hi Richard, We apologize that your experience with us thus far is falling short of the high standards we set for ourselves. ERISA cases unfortunately are tough cases to prosecute and are lengthy in nature. Please give us a call at your earliest convenience and our director of client experience Natalie will be happy to discuss your concerns
