There were times when I spoke with Monique after hours or via text and that was very much appreciated because she didn't have to do that. She even ...talked with me once while she was on vacation! I had a lot of questions during our case and her secretary, LaRhonda, was a lifesaver! She is very knowledgeable and did some major work for us behind the scenes during our case.
