Best Lawyer in Houston

I hired Paul Morgan after meeting with multiple attorneys in the Houston area. I was facing a felony charge and some serious time. Paul went to work right away. When he walks into the court room, he grabs everyone’s attention and they know he means business. Paul went to work on my case and quickly g...ot it dropped to a misdemeanor and 6-12 months of probation. If you are facing any charges, hire Mr. Morgan. He cares about his clients and he will fight for you relentlessly.

The best of the BEST

Paul Morgan is an outstanding professional attorney. He saves lives and he saved mine. I was looking at two years in TDC for a DWI Third and he got it reduced down to time served and a misdemeanor DWI. He can work miracles. He is highly intelligent and studied at the 2 of the best universities in the... state of Texas. Paul becomes your friend. He truly cares about you. For being so young he is highly experienced. I strongly reccomend using Paul Matthew Morgan

Like Magic!!

I was involved in an accident and as a result of a concussion wasnt able to be of much help to the cops with respect to my proof of insurance. I had it but couldnt tell the paramedics what day it was and I was pretty sure Clinton was president but something didnt seem right about that. Anyway proof o...f insurance wasn't top of the list. Probkem was i was in Houston and live in Oakland CA. By the time i had recovered enough to travel home and open mail it had gone to a warrant. Houston courts dont mess around. I called but was told it was too late and i needed to surrrender myself to the court and sit in jail until a judge could see me and then probably return again for another appearance.... Or.... I could pay a $1200.00 fine. No.... NOT "fine"!... Paul somehow waved a magic lawyer wand and got it all dismissed. Awesome with bacon and butter!!

This Guy is a Miracle Worker!!!

In a very short period of time, I picked up 3 felonies, and used Paul each time. The first time, he was able to talk the investigating officer out of filing a case on me. I sat there and listened to him explain to the police officer why the case was weak, and that I was a candidate for treatment,... not jail, and the cop went along with it. The second case I picked up about 3 months later, and Paul presented something called a Grand Jury Presentation, and the the Grand Jury wouldn't even indict me! Something about no bills. Third time was when I really seen how skilled this guy is. He filed a motion to suppress the evidence for me. The judge would ask him questions, and he had all the answers. The judge would ask the DA questions, and he stuttered and mumbled and didn't have the answers, and this guy was like 15 years older than Paul. The judge would ask Paul if he had the law, and Paul would pull out the cases and give them to the judge. The DA had nothing. You could tell that as the judge was asking Paul and the DA questions about my case, the judge was treating Paul with respect and listening to what he said, and at one point told the DA "I've heard enough from you". The judge suppressed the evidence and the State dropped the case. After this last time though, Paul took me to dinner and talked to me like a big brother, explaining that I needed to get help with my problems. He helped me get in rehab, counseling, the whole 9 yards. Now I'm getting ready to go back to junior college, and the bad period I had in my life is behind me, and I owe it to Paul. Don't let his age fool you either. When he walks into that courtroom, those people respect him, and some are a little afraid of him too because they know the score if Paul catches them slipping - AND HE WILL!!! Chris B.
