Paul morgan is the number one lawyer in Houston in my eyes. He helped my boyfriend with his three cases that another lawyer had and did nothing. The state was talking so much trash today when he had court saying that my boyfriend/ husband should do the minimum of 18 yrs. but no paul got it reduced an...d his probahition back.
