Hired Dan Cogdell, but he did not follow through on agreement. Still owes me refund. Would not recommend him. He does not defend his clients. Then he made no attempt to have my innocent assets returned to me under 21 USC Section 853(a). I lost over $181,000, a terrible lost for me that should ha...ve been avoided.

He did not go over my case with me. Usually spend 5 minutes or so with me every 3 months. Awful experience. In the end, he did not defend me. He agreed to plea me out for $50K or go to trial for $93K I paid him. Because he wouldn't defend me, I pled out. I asked for the $43K he owed back to me ...per written agreement. He refused, but did return $20K if I agreed not to sue him for the bad job he did. He still owes me $23K. Would not recommend me.
