Stacy took my case and missed many things that were needed for an amicable outcome in a slanted court. I will give it to her...she did her dead level best, but the court of Judge Charles Barnard is not a fair court and Bernard was not impartial when hearing the case as he had a long time close relat...ionship to the defense attorney. They joked and had a good time during the proceedings. Stacy was not happy and could not make a case against the team of her lawyer and the Judge. The Judge could not see past my ex's disabilities to see that her drug use caused her to make attempts to end my life. Stacy stated "We got hosed". She was not wrong. These are the facts. Be sure to do your own homework and help her if she has to represent you in that court.

When looking for a lawyer, it is perfectly fine to state who you will take and how many cases you take: your choice, boundaries are great. It is immature to say "you can't this week" (for two weeks) when you really mean that you won't take them at all. My time is important as well. Looking for a pro...fessional that will be honest, not one that leads on like a junior high child.

Stacy and her associates were spot on and very knowledgeable. My divorce was very bad and it took a year for it to be complete. We hired Stacy for a custody order. If it weren't for the opposing party and myself coming together on an agreement, we most likely would have lost everything for no reason. Stacy did not call back on time and had gotten out address wrong mid case while mailing vital information. We went to speak to ...her again a year later about our case and she never returned our call.
