Mr. Kennedy cleared the way for eligibility for a first offenders program. Instead of a felony prosecution and possible conviction, we have a pretrial probation agreement and a huge second chance. The parts were there, it is true; but, without the knowledge, experience and advice of Mr. Kennedy it wo...uld not have come together.
