We hired Abe last year and even though the case is still pending he has been great about staying in contact and keeping me updated. He is very busy so you cannot get upset when he is direct and to the point. I am grateful so far and very thankful he tried to get his client out of jail recently to at...tend his moms funeral. All I can do Is ask for effort and communication and that is just what Abe has done so far.

I hired Abe as my son requested him. What I found was an attorney who frustrated me at times because I did not get much feedback good or bad. I was scared and visited him many times sometimes very emotional and was pacified until the next time. Yet, my son believed in his capabilities and felt he ...would do his job in the long run. I requested bond to be lowered on several occasions and he always told me he was taking care of it. It dragged on for seven months then one day..my son's charges were dropped to a misdemeanor and he was free. I guess my son knew what he was talking about. Though Abe did not seem to hear and follow through. .he had to be doing something. Thanks Abe for all you do. .though you had to put up with Mommy!

All I can say is that I'm extremely grateful and lucky to have had Daniel Collins as my appointed lawyer. I was booked on bogus hearsay and charged with aggravated assault. I have diabetes and terrible neuropathy pain in my legs. I went from having my medication to going completely cold turkey locke...d up in jail. I tried to convince my family to make my reasonable bond, but nobody did. I can't really put into words how bad my legs hurt, but sitting in jail was not an option. The only person who seemed to care about me was my lawyer mr. Collins. He always took my calls when it would have been just as easy to say he wasn't in the office. He actually listened to what i had to say. He came to see me in person, and never seemed impatient. I got my case taken care of, and now I'm back out. I still call Mr. Collins from time to time and ask him for advice. He still takes the time to genuinely speak with me. I can't thank him, and the people of the office enough for getting me through all this.

I highly recommend Abe factor as a criminal defense atty. after 6 years of legal issues, 2 other attorneys I had hired and fired, I will never use another atty again other than Abe. He has been extremely personal, along with professional and beyond competent. He has listened to my situation. Taken hi...s time and energy to see the judge time and time again.. On my behalf as my family and work circumstances along with life changes occurred in order to tailor my sentencing to the best way possible to suit me as a single mother along with my family and job. Without nickel and diming me each and every meeting and phone call. He has been a true blessing in a horrible situation to make it as bearable as possible . I do not know what I would have done without him. I cannot recommend to you if you are searching for an attorney to hire Abe without doubt or question!

He said the defenses case was weak and that we would have all charges dropped. He never contacted any of my witnesses. He showed up to court late or not at all. He didn't care about me or my family! Made many empty promises and didn't show up to court on the last day instead sent a friend who didn't ...know anything about my case and pleaded me out to 8 years probation. He told me all charges would be dropped then said he didn't say that. Worst lawyer in Texas and if you enjoy your freedom go with somebody else!!!!
