I was charged with a state jail felony and I already have two prior drug charges...everyone I talked to said I was looking at one year jail time or, if I was lucky, 5 years felony probation. I don't have much money, and I have a 5 year old son I care for by myself. His father was killed just over a m...onth ago, I couldn't imagine doing time away from my son...and I def didn't want to have a felony on my record. He said the defenses case was weak and that we would have all charges dropped. He never contacted any of my witnesses. He showed up to court late or not at all. He didn't care about me or my family! Made many empty promises and didn't show up to court on the last day instead sent a friend who didn't ...know anything about my case and pleaded me out to 8 years probation. He told me all charges would be dropped then said he didn't say that. Worst lawyer in Texas and if you enjoy your freedom go with somebody else!!!!
