Very Helpful

Jim isn't like the other guys where you have to leave a message and wait on them to call you, they answered my questions I had about an incident I was involved in, but also left me feeling better about it too. Don't waste your time with the other guys, call Jim!.

Simply the best

Jim is a brilliant lawyer. I chose Jim to represent me after playing poker with him several times and losing. Everyone has different decision criteria but poker and life in the courtroom are very similar. Calculate the odds yes, but more importantly understand who you are up against and then make... the best decisions possible. Cant speak highly enough about how effective Jim has been for me.

First rate attorney

Our company has dealt with several attorneys over the past years and Jim is by far the best. We have several businesses under our umbrella from wholesale to real estate to non profit and he has been our go to for all. Not only does he provide us with the best possible resolutions for the many diffi...cult situations that arise, he offers different scenarios for his suggested resolutions and is always the quickest to respond to my emails and phone calls. Whether it's writing a legal letter, filing paperwork for new companies, writing corporate bi-laws, Jim is the best!

First Impression was Outstanding

I came in for consult.I was very impressed with Mr Zadehs style of seemingly effortlesss ,proffessional style of engagement and sincere concern about my case.His knowledge of the law and guidance as to options to assist me .....even though litigation was not the answer......validated not only m...y concerns but empowered me to be able tackle a very large law enforcement bureacratic agency in such a clever and diplomatic way so as to force a safer workplace policy for other employees that could save lives down the line make a positive and safer enviroment for Law enforcement personell and the people they serve.
