Auto accident settlement

Jim and his staff were very helpful taking me through the process with my injury claim against another person's insurance company. Their advice and thoroughness were very much appreciated. The payment from the settlement came at the best time. I highly recommend Jim and his team.

Outstanding Service

Mr. Zadeh is top of his league. I called him for some consultation, and he explained things to me in laymen's terms, and in a professional manner. I know who to call if I ever need any legal advice, or representation.

Very Helpful

Results driven lawyer

I contacted Mr. Zadeh after nearly giving up on a successful result in my case. I first talked to his paralegal, who was patient, honest, friendly, and took his time listening carefully to my story. I was very hesitant to give too much information after bad experiences with several other lawyers, bu...t he was so empathetic and interested in my situation that I was ready to schedule a consultation immediately. I now realize that Mr. Zadeh must have taken great care in selecting his staff. Every person in his office is professional, helpful, and empathetic. My consultation with Mr. Zadeh was completely unlike any meeting I had had with any other attorney. He asked thoughtful and relevant questions that made me feel like my situation was important. He took his time listening to every detail and then we established goals. For the first time, I was able to see a light at the end of the tunnel. During negotiations, he was always available, constantly making sure that we were on the same page. In the end, Mr. Zadeh was able to ensure all of the goals we set in our consultation had been achieved or exceeded. Now that I'm on the other side of my situation, I can't imagine having moved forward with anybody else. It might be uncouth of me to mention this, but I went back and added up the time he must have spent on my case and realized that I was severely undercharged. I was actually concerned that there had been a mistake because my bill wouldn't have even covered the time he spent talking to me, much less time spent preparing documents and conducting negotiations on my behalf. When I approached him about this, he just brushed it off. I couldn't believe it. Anyway, he's a great advocate and fought to make sure I walked away with more than I thought was possible.
