Professionalism and attention to detail is best of the best!

It was under unfortunate circumstances that brought me to Frank but I could not have hired a better attorney to handle my case! While it was a stressful, long and drawn out process; Frank was there every step of the way to explain all the specifics and was meticulous with the details of the case. His... perseverance and due diligence ended in a very favorable outcome and I do not have a DWI conviction on my record! Absolutely Brilliant Attorney & Litigator

Mr. Sellers represented me in a DWI as well as unlawful carrying of a weapon charge(s). As a Federal employee, my career and livelihood were literally in his hands. I THOUGHT MY LIFE WAS OVER, AND I WAS GOING TO JAIL FOR A GOOD AMOUNT OF TIME, BUT THANKS TO FRANK SELLERS AND HIS KNOWLEDGE IN HIS FIELD GAVE ME HOPE. FOUR FELONYS DROPPED AND DROPPED TO A CLASS A MISDERMENOR AND SOME PROBATION OF 2 YEARS, BUT AT LEAST I'M AT HOME WITH MY FAMILY AND NOT BEHIND CLOSE... DOORS, THANKYOU FRANK .

Felony 2 Aggravated Assault With Deadly Weapon reduced to Misdemeanor Class B Assault with Bodily Injury

For one I'm not from Texas, I was there for Vacation. There forth I didn't know any descent lawyers and had to start from scratch. I ended up taking a friends suggestion on a Lawyer that was lazy and didn't do anything but take my money. All he kept telling me is they're offering me 5 years in prison.... I doubted this lawyer from the beginning and after months of not getting anything new. I ended up looking for myself, looking at rating and reviews across Avvo and Various websites. After looking for about a week I called the few I figured would do a better job for me. I had many conversations with people and from the start with Frank he was straight forward and honest. Being a Marine that's something I like, straight to the point. I ended up taking a chance and fired my first lawyer. Frank started off strong getting the facts of the altercation, hiring a PI, and getting all paperwork needed to fight the fight. Still the offer on the table was 5 years and Frank made sure to let me know I wouldn't be going to prison. He was confident that we would have a better offer and he would try his hardest to get me the best deal. I forgot to mention the first lawyer never went to any of my court appearances but Frank sure made it to every single one. Frank made me feel that someone was on my side and cared about the outcome. We got all our ducks in a row and went to the prosecutor. Went from a Felony 2 facing 2-20 years in Prison to a Class B Misdeamenor Assault with Bodily Injury 12 Months Deferred Adjudication Probation. What a solid outcome. So glad i fired the First Lawyer and took a chance on Frank. Please don't make the same mistake I did and go with someone who don't care and won't even show up to court for you, you deserve better. I have 100% Faith that Frank will do work for you and get you the best outcome like he did with me.

Very pleased with EVERYTHING

I hired Mr. Sellers for a DWI and am from out of state so I figured that I would surely get convicted. He fought hard on this case and was very communicative throughout the entire process.
