Felony charges dismissed

I called Westfall-Sellers after a lunatic relative accused me of strangling her. It was a complete lie, so I went in to speak to the police without an attorney, which was a mistake. After I told them what happened, they started reading me my rights, but had told me I was free to leave at any time, so... I left. I immediately started looking for an EXCELLENT attorney. I started researching online and asking friends for referrals. I was referred to Frank Sellers. Frank got in touch with the detective who was conducting the "investigation." After several days the detective decided to believe this nutcase, even though there wasn't a single mark on her, I was in the house less than 2 minutes and no one in the house heard an altercation. They issued an arrest warrant and I had to turn myself in to Tarrant County jail, which was a nightmare, zero stars, do not recommend. Frank and Dustin spent a great deal of time with me going over the case. Through their discovery and the evidence I was able to provide, they were successful in getting my case dismissed. The D.A. ended up presenting the case to a grand jury as a misdemeanor, not a felony. The grand jury issued a "No Bill," which means there wasn't enough evidence for an indictment and the case was dismissed. Frank and Dustin and professional, yet personable. They get the job done. I hope I never need them again, but I do recommend them to anyone facing criminal charges.

Would hire again

Mr.Sellers and his team made me feel confident when handling my case. I live out of state now and the concerns I had; they made me feel at ease. Not Guilty!

Frank Sellers was referred to us by a family member to help with my DWI case. I was safely parked on the side of the road when a sheriff pulled up behind me, my evening went downhill from there. After explaining the facts of the event to Mr.Sellers he was confident he could help me fight it and immed...iately got to work. He was very professional, thorough, and gave exceptional thought to every detail throughout my entire case from beginning to end. Everytime I met with him he dove right in to gathering and preparing everything we needed for a strong case. The day of the trial he was confident and more than prepared. When it came time to pick the jury he was very strategic and had exceptional questions to help him choose just the right jurors. He presented the facts and had all the data and evidence to back them up. Because of all of his hard work and dedication I was found NOT GUILTY! I would highly recommend Frank Sellers and his team with 100% confidence!

Good man and a great lawyer

I had and 2nd DWI charge that had been pending for 2 years. Frank Sellers believed in my case and ceaselessly fought for an favorable outcome and in the end he did just that. His determination in my case was appreciated by myself and my family but also acknowledged by the presiding judge for the cour...t to hear. You cant ask for a better defense. Again, good man and a great lawyer.
