Andrew McAlester was the best

Andrew McAlester was our attorney. I wish I could give 5 thousand stars! Such a professional, responsive, ethical, articulate lawyer. Phenomenal litigator. We were facing a contentious, complicated, military divorce. Andrew was so thorough, honest and ethical. Everyone in the firm, from the legal as...sistants etc, they were responsive, flexible and made themselves available. I want to emphasize, Andrew is honest, even if it’s not the answer I wanted to hear - he was all about keeping us out of trouble. He was very quick correcting what we thought we could handle on our own (ie: how we filed, when we filed, and what we filed). He possesses the utmost integrity. I can’t recommend this firm and attorney enough. He took a 10 year battle (prior to Beal Law Firm involvement) and settled it in 7 months. Don’t try to go at it alone, he will keep you informed, educated, protected and out of trouble.

Custody defense

Eric was amazing when he came to De Novo. His knowledge against the opposing counsel made her head spin. I also brought in a lot of evidence against my ex-husband. But Eric's office was very scheduled and missed nothing. Constance is very good but the two of them together is a force to be reckoned wi...th. My only concern is to be able to get somebody to fight for you that hard you better have a lot of money. I'm still trying to recover from this 2 years later. If you don't have th ad t kind of money you might not have a chance.

Horrible firm

Absolutely horrific experience with the firm. The communication was terrible, they agreed to delaying filings without consulting me, they completed paperwork incorrectly based on what I sent them and then billed me to redo their own screwups. But the icing on the cake was my attorney didn't show up f...or a critical hearing and sent someone else who was given a day to get up to speed and of course we lost. For the rates they charged me I received zero value. I can't imagine having a worse experience.
