Amazing law firm

I have been through a legal battle to have the parental rights revoked for children’s father. Andrew McAlester has been absolutely amazing in this crazy and tedious process. The judge put us through every single obstacle possible and through it all Andrew kept me informed of what our next step was an...d ensured I stayed protected throughout the process. Andrew is the best lawyer I’ve had going through child custody issues hands down! I was able to completely trust him through this process. I highly recommend Andrew McAlester for any custody issues!

Beal Law Firm Was Excellent!

Top Notch Representation - Patricia Jay

Patricia Jay was my attorney at Beal Law Firm and she came highly recommended to me. I am more than grateful that I retained her as my attorney and she agreed to represent me. During our consultation appointment she was thorough and took time to learn about my situation in order to help achieve the... best outcome that I desired. Ms. Jay was great about taking time to explain legal documents and legal jargon. She not only had the best interest for me but also for my daughter, which is what meant the most to me. She along with her staff are very responsive, hard workers and always keep you in the loop of things . Ms. Jay is honest and will not string you along; I value her direct approach and top notch quality of work. Without Ms. Jay representation, I do not believe we would of been able to achieve the outcome we desired for my custody/visitation orders. On top of exquisite representation, I love that Beal Law Firm uses a Client Portal which always allows you to access all files applicable to your case and communicate with your attorney and their staff . I highly recommend Ms. Jay and know without a doubt if I ever need additional representation or anyone else I know does, I will be going back/recommending Ms. Jay.

Andrew McAlester was the best

Andrew McAlester was our attorney. I wish I could give 5 thousand stars! Such a professional, responsive, ethical, articulate lawyer. Phenomenal litigator. We were facing a contentious, complicated, military divorce. Andrew was so thorough, honest and ethical. Everyone in the firm, from the legal as...sistants etc, they were responsive, flexible and made themselves available. I want to emphasize, Andrew is honest, even if it’s not the answer I wanted to hear - he was all about keeping us out of trouble. He was very quick correcting what we thought we could handle on our own (ie: how we filed, when we filed, and what we filed). He possesses the utmost integrity. I can’t recommend this firm and attorney enough. He took a 10 year battle (prior to Beal Law Firm involvement) and settled it in 7 months. Don’t try to go at it alone, he will keep you informed, educated, protected and out of trouble.

I would recommend the Beal Law Firm to anyone who is need a very efficient, caring, outstanding attorney to handle their case, Constance was very thorough during the case and in the court room...she doesn't back down for any one.
