The absolute best family court lawyers

Tim Alexander with the Beal law firm was extremely knowledgeable, and was on top of the case from day one. If you’re wanting the edge to win a family court case look no further. I highly recommend this firm.

My hero

It was Christmas Eve. My ex was threatening me, scaring me, had me in tears - and it was Christmas Eve. The Beal Law Firm was in the beginning stages of handling my very messy divorce (6 kids, 24 yrs of marriage - and soon to be ex had stuff going on with 4 other women). In a state of panic i desp...erately called Eric - and even though it was Christmas Eve, he took time out of a party that he was attending with his family to step away and call me back and talk me thru my situation and reassure me that everything was going to be fine. Eric truly was my Christmas angel that day. I had my 6 kids counting on me for the holiday....but I had my ex threatening me, scaring me - and Eric took time out of his holiday to get back to me so quickly, and let me know that he could handle this, that it was all going to be okay, and that his firm was there to protect us. THAT was my best Christmas gift that I received this past year. Peace of mind. Thank you Eric!

Divorce Representation

I have known Eric as a colleague and friend for more than 20 years. I had no idea that I would personally need to avail myself of his family law expertise, but in the middle of 2013, I did. As tough as it was to 1) work through the dissolution of a marriage of 20+ years and 2) how to limit the colla...teral damage to the three wonderful kids of that marriage, Eric and his entire staff were there with knowledge and professional representation every step of the way. The end result was that the divorce was finalized on December 31, 2013, and I am now able to move forward. I have referred a number of clients to Eric over the years and prior to my divorce. Following my own divorce, I am all the more happy and confident to recommend the services of Eric, the attorneys in his office, and his staff.
